Before you start...
We are excited to participate with you in creating more space in our lives through our breath.

Here are some ways to make this a comfortable and safe experience for yourself.

Go at your own pace
Feel free to go at your own pace and although we encourage you to try all the different types of breathwork exercise, listen to your body and what it needs at that time.

Find a proper spot
Ultimately you can do most breathwork in any kind of setting. However, some breathwork involves closing your eyes or movement, so please pick an environment where you can safely do this.

Health is Important
If you are pregnant or have high/low blood pressure, some breathwork should not be done such as restricting/holding your breath. Please speak with your doctor before and pick a breathwork that works for you.
