Created for women navigating full, fast-paced lives, the New & Full Moon Gatherings offer a soft reset. These free online sessions invite you to pause, breathe, and align with the natural rhythms of the moon through grounding yoga, reflection, and intention-setting—no experience required. You may wish to have a yoga mat, a journal and pen, and a candle - optional join from wherever you are.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time are permitted.
- Classes cancelled within this timeframe will be refunded or rescheduled.
- Email www.createspacewellness.com to cancel or reschedule a class/event.
Weather Policy:
- Class schedule is at the discretion of CreateSpaceWellness.
- In the event of bad weather conditions, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Refund Process:
- Refunds for cancelled classes will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Participants may opt to reschedule their cancelled class instead of receiving a refund.
Yoga Class Etiquette Policy:
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time to settle in and prepare for practice.
- Kindly silence your electronic devices and refrain from using them during class to maintain a tranquil atmosphere.
- Honor the space and your fellow practitioners by respecting their journey and maintaining mindful awareness throughout the session.
